A review of fuzzy Delphi method application in human-computer interaction studies

The Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) is one of the research methods used in obtaining experts’ consensus on specific issues. FDM a combination method and fuzzy theories. Although there are benefits using FDM, but literature review its application domain Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) still insufficient. Thus, this paper provided including HCI domain. This begins with presenting background methods, discussing weaknesses, comparing between as well steps FDM. Several articles 2015 2021 were reviewed. study also examined terms field domain, number experts, data collection. revealed to obtain expert group new construct model or evaluation framework for user experience, augmented reality, usability, mobile applications, online learning experts suggested implementation ten. mainly contributes providing an overview conceptual, steps, applications clear understanding future studies.
